These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WhitstoneVerified.com ("the Site"), operated by WhitstoneVerified ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

WhitstoneVerified provides an independent supplier verification service. Verification is granted at our sole discretion following assessment against our nine-point standard. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any supplier's services, financial standing, or future performance. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke verified status at any time where we determine that the verification criteria are no longer met or that a supplier has acted in a manner inconsistent with our standards.

A non-refundable application fee is charged for each verification application. This fee covers the cost of the verification process regardless of outcome. By submitting an application, you agree to pay the application fee. Applications where the fee is not received within 7 days of invoice may be withdrawn. The fee does not guarantee approval.

Membership of the WhitstoneVerified Members Network is granted by invitation or approved application only. Membership is personal to the applicant and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these Terms or conduct detrimental to the Network. Annual membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable after 14 days of the membership start date.

Access to the verified supplier directory and member contact details is provided for legitimate procurement purposes only. You may not use contact details obtained through the Site for unsolicited marketing, spamming, or any purpose unrelated to genuine trade enquiries. Automated scraping of the Site is strictly prohibited.

Verified suppliers are licensed to display the WhitstoneVerified mark on their own website and marketing materials during the period of active verification. This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. The mark may not be altered, combined with other marks, or used in a manner that implies a broader relationship with WhitstoneVerified than exists. Use of the mark after expiry or revocation of verification is prohibited.

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, and the WhitstoneVerified mark, is the intellectual property of WhitstoneVerified and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhitstoneVerified accepts no liability for: (a) loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from reliance on the Site; (b) inaccuracy in supplier information provided by applicants; (c) the conduct or performance of any verified or non-verified supplier. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, remove your listing, or cancel your membership at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections relating to fees, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WhitstoneVerified in relation to your use of the Site.
