What Happens Next

The review process.

Step 1
Submission

Your application is received and assigned a reference number. An invoice for the non-refundable application fee is sent within 24 hours.

Step 2
Investigation

Our team begins the nine-point verification process. Trade references are contacted by email. Documents are verified with issuing authorities.

Step 3
Board Review

Every application — regardless of how many checks it passed — is reviewed by our two-person board before any decision is made.

Step 4
Decision

You receive a formal decision within 5–10 business days. Approved suppliers receive their Verified badge and listing immediately.
